Mr Lucas Anastasiou

PhD Research Student

My PhD focuses on exploring how computational methods and specifically computational argumentation mining can help to improve the current state of online discussion. I am looking into ways to improve participants' sensemaking and the overall quality of debate happening online.

Used to work in the world's largest full text open access dataset of scholar ly publications (https://core.ac.uk) and I am a strong advocate of Open Access and Open Science in general.
