The READ-IT chatbot is a response to the halt of engagement activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The chatbot is available on Telegram and on the READ-IT project website (https://readit-project.eu/) in English, French, Italian and shortly in Dutch, German and Czech. The chatbot is part of a wider contribution ecosystem collecting data about reading experience from physical postcards, web forms, document uploads and web-scraping tools. The chatbot generates data in a specific format, the Crowdsourcing of Experience Ontology (CEO), developed to support the interoperability of sources between the multidisciplinary research case studies of the READ-IT network.
