Part-time PhD Research Student; KMi Co-Founder
Kitty Chisholm is a professional coach and facilitator working with Boards and executive leaders in both the private and public sectors, specialising in career development, diversity, inclusion and strategic change. She is a founder Director of Boardwalk, supporting women in achieving their full leadership potential. Kitty has been involved with pioneering work in training and development, from the first major application of AI to the creation of innovative structures for corporate learning. Her proudest achievement was being part of the team that created the Knowledge Media Institute in 1995. Kitty was a Trustee of the Science Museum Group until January 2015 and chaired the Advisory Board of the School of Management of Royal Holloway. She has an MA from Cambridge, a BSc from the OU, an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley and is currently studying for a PhD at the KMi. She is an Honorary Fellow of Royal Holloway and Brunel Universities, and a WISE Ambassador. Kitty co-authored Neuroscience for Leadership, The Brain Gain Advantage, published by Palgrave in 2015. Her last book, Championing Women Leaders, written with Shaheena Janjuha-Jivraj, was published in November 2015.
