Prof
Helen Sharp
Professor of Software Engineering
I conduct research in software practice, focusing on human and social aspects of software development and drawing on methods and theories from a range of disciplines both inside and outside software engineering. I have served on several editorial boards including TSE, EMSE and JSS, and currently am on the Advisory Board for IEEE Software. I am joint author of one of the leading HCI textbooks, Interaction Design (id-book.com), now in its 5th edition.
